HARUHARU WONDER Black Rice Hyauluronic Toner is a skincare product that helps to condition the skin and prepare it for optimal absorption of other skincare products. It also provides instant moisturization. This toner contains 100% fermented black rice extracts that are produced in Korea. These extracts help to restore elasticity to the skin, while also providing anti-inflammatory and brightening effects. Additionally, the toner provides a boost of hydration and alleviates tightness in the inner layer of the skin. This is thanks to the presence of betaine, amino acids, and beta-glucan, which provide deep hydration and nourishment to the skin, enabling it to maintain its best condition.
