At mareven, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information about our delivery process.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
- Delivery in Romania: 2-5 business days
- Delivery in EU: 5-10 business days
- International delivery: 10-20 business days
These times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and external conditions (holidays, weather conditions, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard delivery in Romania: 55 RON
- Free shipping for orders over 200 RON
- Delivery in EU: 190 RON
- International delivery: calculated based on destination
4. Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (AWB). You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.
5. International Delivery and Customs Duties
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.
6. Delivery Problems
